We hire three different sizes of marquee, and quantities of each to suit your particular needs. We have catered to a range of uses, from small end-users using them for backyard functions, all the way up to events and festivals that need hundreds of marquees.

• 3x3m – 9 sqm / 12 people standing
• 3×4.5m – 13.5 sqm / 20 people standing
• 3x6m – 18 sqm / 25 people standing

Or any combination of the above. (eg, four 3x3m’s in a row making 3x12m)

Pricing

The below prices are for EACH marquee for a period of ONE hire. One marquee hire is defined as three nights, meaning, for example, a collection on Friday and return on Monday.

A “marquee” has the following components: 1 x frame, 1 x roof, 1 x bag, pegs for each leg and rope, ropes for each leg

• 3x3m: $150 per hire
• 3×4.5m: $175 per hire
• 3x6m: $200 per hire
• 3m sidewall: $10 per hire | Can be a window, mesh, solid or door wall
• 4.5m sidewall: $15 per hire | Must be a solid wall
• Gutters (3m / 4.5m / 6m): $5 per hire | Used when connecting two marquees together
• 15kg leg weights: $5 per hire | Used when marquee cannot be pegged into ground

Pick Up/Return (Small Quantities)

Because our marquees are so easy to use, our hire is “self-erect” in that you pick it from our office, and then set them up yourself. We can arrange delivery/pick-up via a courier, but you will still need to set it up yourself. If you require delivery please call us on 1300 94 69 92 and we can give you a quotation.

We don’t charge set up because our marquees are so simple and easy to use, you come and collect them from our office and set them up yourselves.

We will provide you with a 10 minute tutorial as to how erect them, which is more than enough training. The training will be a practical version of our online demonstration video.

You will be required to return the marquee before 5pm on the third day after hire. So a marquee picked up on Friday will need to be returned on Monday, by 5pm.

How To Set Up A Marquee

A folding marquee is the most simple and quick solution to providing instant shade. The frame is made in a constentina design so when the legs are drawn backwards, the marquee’s frame simply “pops up”.

Once the marquee’s frame is open to full size, the legs of the frame are extended up to the desired height. This means that with-in a matter of minutes, the marquee can be set up and ready to use.

Set Up For Larger Events And Festivals

We also hire marquees for larger scale events like festivals, school fetes, music events etc.

For these events, our standard hire rate can be negotiated depending on the quantity required. Delivery, set up and tear down can also be quoted if required.
